Prices
All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Frankford Umbrellas shall not be held liable for graphic, clerical, typographical, and printing errors. While great care is given to our site and publications, errors do sometimes arise and for that we apologize.
Returned Merchandise
Any merchandise returned without the RMA# number and not sent freight paid will be refused. Please see complete policy below.
The return of a non-defective item
All returned merchandise must have a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) on the outside of the box. Returns to be authorized, must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase or 10 days of receipt of order, whichever is later. Non-defective returned merchandise must be in original, unopened packaging, in condition allowing it to be resold. A 30% restocking fee, and all shipping charges/processing fees will be deducted from any credit due on all returned merchandise unless other prior arrangements have been made with Frankford Umbrellas. All Product orders are considered valid until canceled. Orders not cancelled and cancellations not acknowledged by Frankford Umbrellas prior to shipping will incur shipping charges and processing fees when merchandise is returned as per above..
No returns will be allowed if shipped by common carrier (Freight), unless buyer pays freight both ways. Warranty service from the manufacturer's field warranty service centers is how these defective products will be handled or repaired. All orders must be inspected at time of delivery and damaged items must be refused at time of delivery. If customer accepts delivery and later finds damage, then the customer must file a claim with the shipping company.
Shipping
All Shipping of larger items that are delivered by common carrier freight (Truck), are to curbside only. The receiver is responsible for unloading the merchandise from the truck and should make arrangements to have some help when order is delivered. Items that declare "Free Shipping" or "Shipping Included" are for the contiguous 48 states only. A shipping surcharge may apply to orders for Hawaii and Alaska and some extremely remote areas of the country.
Inspect all items when received for shortage or damage. Frankford Umbrellas is not responsible for these occurrences. Any Shortage or damage To Shipped items should be Reported to the carrier at time of delivery. Any shortages and damaged items are the sole responsibility of the carrier. If not reported within 48hrs of receipt, there can be no claim of shipping damage or shortage. We will assist you in anyway possible.
All shipping costs are estimated when you order. If they are different from your online order form you will be notified via E-mail of actual cost. For items shipped by common carrier, we will inform you of the freight cost by email or phone.
Canadian Residents
Shipping charges for larger items will be via UPS Standard to Canada. Smaller items will ship via USPS Airmail Parcel Post. There may be additional charges charged by the government and brokered by UPS. We do not know what these charges will be and these charges will be the responsibility of the customer and not Frankford Umbrellas.
Warranty
Frankford Umbrellas does not express or imply any warranty. All Warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Frankford Umbrellas expressly disclaims liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use or inability to use an item sold by us. Our only obligation is to replace an item that is delivered defective and this obligation is limited.
Pennsylvania Residents
Orders by Pennsylvania Residents may be subject to normal PA state sales tax on all sales. These monies will be in addition to and not already reflected in the pricing.

From time to time, Frankford Umbrellas may engage the services of consultants, contractors, agents, representatives and other third parties, to assist Frankford Umbrellas in operating this site and/or performing other activities in connection with Frankford Umbrellas's operations. Frankford Umbrellas may provide such third parties with this information for the purpose of enabling such parties to provide support to Frankford Umbrellas.
