Return Policy/Cancellations

1. All return requests must be submitted in writing along with a copy of the original order/receipt by certified mail or fax indicating reason for return.

2. All returns must be Pre-Authorized by Frankford Umbrellas Customer Service. Customer service will provide RMA# and warehouse address (listed below) for shipment destination.

3. *Merchandise must be returned within six (6) days from the delivery date for a product refund (less shipping charges)

4. Merchandise must be received in original (new) condition with a copy of the original order/receipt (proof of purchase) and a copy of the authorization letter from Frankford Umbrellas Customer Service.

5. All returns must be shipped freight pre-paid by the customer. Seller shall refuse any freight collect C.O.D. shipments and a refund will not be issued.

6. A 30% restocking and processing fee will be applied to all returns between 6 and 15 days of delivery (except warranty and damaged goods).

7. All sales are final after 15 days of merchandise delivery.

All Non-Stock, Sale Items, Special Order, Wholesale/Quantity, Custom Printed Logo Orders are Final, Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable

CANCELLATIONS
A twenty-four (24) hour notice in writing (from order placement date) stating your request to cancel must be received by fax or e-mail (No phone calls will be accepted) in order to cancel an order. A 15% processing fee will be accessed to all canceled custom / non-stock orders.

REFUNDS
1. All Sales are Final, however, if Seller agrees in writing to issue a refund, then Buyer agrees to pay possible restocking and processing fees.
2. Refund requests will only be processed for merchandise meeting the above return conditions.
3. Credit Card and Check refunds will be issued within thirty (30) days from receipt of merchandise.

The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges.
