Terms and Conditions of Sale

Prices
All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Frankford Umbrellas shall not be held liable for graphic, clerical, typographical, and printing errors. While great care is given to our site and publications, errors do sometimes arise and for that we apologize.

Returned Merchandise
1. All return requests must be submitted in writing along with a copy of the original order/receipt by certified mail or fax indicating reason for return.

2. All returns must be Pre-Authorized by Frankford Umbrellas Customer Service. Customer service will provide RMA# and warehouse address (listed below) for shipment destination.

3. *Merchandise must be returned within six (6) days from the delivery date for a product refund (less shipping charges)

4. Merchandise must be received in original (new) condition with a copy of the original order/receipt (proof of purchase) and a copy of the authorization letter from Frankford Umbrellas Customer Service.

5. All returns must be shipped freight pre-paid by the customer. Seller shall refuse any freight collect C.O.D. shipments and a refund will not be issued.

6. A 30% restocking and processing fee will be applied to all returns between 6 and 15 days of delivery (except warranty and damaged goods).

7. All sales are final after 15 days of merchandise delivery.

All Non-Stock, Sale Items, Special Order, Wholesale/Quantity, Custom Printed Logo Orders are Final, Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable

CANCELLATIONS
A twenty-four (24) hour notice in writing (from order placement date) stating your request to cancel must be received by fax or e-mail (No phone calls will be accepted) in order to cancel an order. A 15% processing fee will be accessed to all canceled custom / non-stock orders.

REFUNDS
1. All Sales are Final, however, if Seller agrees in writing to issue a refund, then Buyer agrees to pay possible restocking and processing fees.
2. Refund requests will only be processed for merchandise meeting the above return conditions.
3. Credit Card and Check refunds will be issued within thirty (30) days from receipt of merchandise.

The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges.

Shipping
All Shipping of larger items that are delivered by common carrier freight (Truck), are to curbside only. The receiver is responsible for unloading the merchandise from the truck and should make arrangements to have some help when order is delivered. Items that declare "Free Shipping" or "Shipping Included" are for the contiguous 48 states only. A shipping surcharge may apply to orders for Hawaii and Alaska and some extremely remote areas of the country

Inspect all items when received for shortage or damage. Frankford Umbrellas is not responsible for these occurrences. Any Shortage or damage To Shipped items should be Reported to the carrier at time of delivery. Any shortages and damaged items are the sole responsibility of the carrier. If not reported within 48hrs of receipt, there can be no claim of shipping damage or shortage.  We will assist you in anyway possible.

All shipping costs are estimated when you order. If they are different from your online order form you will be notified via E-mail of actual cost. For items shipped by common carrier, we will inform you of the freight cost by email or phone

Canadian Residents
Shipping charges for larger items will be via UPS Standard to Canada. Smaller items will ship via USPS Airmail Parcel Post. There may be additional charges charged by the government and brokered by UPS.   We do not know what these charges will be and these charges will be the responsibility of the customer and not Frankford Umbrellas

Warranty
Frankford Umbrellas offers a one year limited warranty against manufacturing defects only. Under no circumstances is the seller responsible for any damage caused by the product resulting from, but not limited to, use of the product, weather related, acts of God, misuse, abuse, or otherwise. Frankford Umbrellas expressly disclaims liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use or inability to use an item sold by us.

Pennsylvania Residents
Orders by Pennsylvania Residents may be subject to normal PA state sales tax on all sales. These monies will be in addition to and not already reflected in the pricing.
